The Elden Ring game, whose trailer was just released , Friday, June 11, 2021, on the YouTube channel 'BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Europe', made gamers all over the world excited.

Elden Ring, which will be officially released on PS, XBOX, and PC on February 22, 2022, offers open world gameplay so players can explore and approach many destinations freely.

The character that we will play can certainly use stealth mode, jump, and fight while riding a horse. Of course this will be a good feature that is different from previous similar games, such as Dark Souls.

In the trailer it appears that our mounts can also do double jumps, boost jumps, and can disappear and appear suddenly (spirit mount).

The Elden Ring has amazing art details and a variety of unique and cool buildings that you can explore at will.

The first scene in the Elden Ring trailer reminds us of the opening of the Sekiro game. A woman comes close to us after our character goes through a "big setback".

Reported by NegrikuNews from PC GAMER on Saturday, November 12, 2021, this woman will give us creatures that will become our mounts.

Then the scene moves to the appearance of a very large tree, according to the official Elden Ring website, the tree is called Erdtree and has roots in Yggdrasil like Norwegian mythology.

In the center of Erdtree there is an Elden Ring that has been destroyed and 'The Tarnished' (as the character we play) will return to restore it. We will play as this character 'The Tarnished', just like in Dark Souls 'Unkindled Ash'. Now we are called 'The Tarnished'.

The word Tarnished has two meanings, first, when an object, generally metal loses its luster and becomes rusty.

Even in the Elden Ring trailer, it is also shown that the shine of our hair disappears unlike other characters who still have the shine of their hair color.

The second meaning is when something becomes less valuable or less respected. Because our characters used to be a part of them, but for some reason or two, we were ostracized and called 'The Tarnished'.

In the trailer it is also shown that our character will be able to use our two hands to hold weapons and equipment.

Just like Dark Souls, our character can wield two one-handed weapons or one two-handed weapon, such as a great sword or long bow.

Animation of the use of weapons also does not seem much different from Dark Souls.

Then there is a quick step animation if you use a dagger or a short axe, there is a rolling attack from a short bow and many moves from other magic weapons.

You can also later reproduce your body using 'spirit bodies' such as making new clones, there will even be 'spirit birds'. Maybe we can also issue various types of animal spirits. This game will also feature multiplayer features such as Dark Souls, so no need to worry.

The Elden Ring will also have a time switching system. That means when playing the game, it will be known from the sky conditions whether it is night or day. According to the official Elden Ring website, our goal in playing this game is to become 'The Elden Lord'.

That makes sense because in the trailer we will be dealing with a Valkyrie who clearly has a reputation that is almost on par with a lord in Norwegian mythology.
